Football total-goals market · Updated September 2026
Odd/Even is a two-choice football market available in the eegame sports area when listed for a match. Instead of selecting a winner or an exact score, the user decides whether the combined goal total for the stated match period will finish as an odd number or an even number.
Work out an Odd/Even result
Add the goals scored by both teams for the period specified in the market. Totals of 1, 3 or 5 belong to Odd, while 0, 2, 4 and 6 belong to Even. The market label should always be checked because settlement rules can depend on the period shown.
| Score | Combined goals |
|---|---|
| 2–1 | 3 · Odd |
| 1–1 | 2 · Even |
| 0–0 | 0 · Even |
| 3–2 | 5 · Odd |
Why the market is easy to review on a phone
Only two main outcomes are presented, so the mobile selection card can keep the match name, market title, displayed odds and chosen amount together. That makes it easier to check the slip before confirming a selection from a smaller Android screen.
Place an Odd/Even selection in eegame
- Sign in and open Sports from the eegame member lobby.
- Choose the football event shown in the current schedule.
- Locate Odd/Even or Total Goals Odd/Even among the available markets.
- Select the side you want and enter the amount in the slip.
- Check the event, market, amount and displayed return before confirming.
Use match information as context, not certainty
Scoring form, attacking output, defensive records and team availability can help a user understand the match before choosing a market. Those details do not guarantee the final goal total, but they provide more context than making a choice from the Odd or Even label alone.
If a live version of the market is offered, the displayed odds or availability can change after goals and other match events. The active eegame event screen shows whether the market remains open and which period is being used.
Double-check the mobile slip
Before confirmation, compare the event name and market title with the selection you intended to make. This prevents an Odd/Even choice from being confused with another total-goals market that may appear nearby on the same match page.
Odd/Even questions
Is a total of zero treated as even?
Yes. If the applicable match period finishes 0–0, the combined total is zero, which is an even number.
Are extra time or penalties included?
Use the wording of the specific market. Many football markets settle on the stated regular match period, so do not assume extra time is included unless the live rule says so.
Where can I confirm my selected side?
The eegame mobile slip shows the event and the Odd or Even choice before the final confirmation step.
